Recruitment Fraud Alert
Individuals or organizations may post fraudulent job descriptions and contact people offering false employment opportunities, pretending to recruit on FTI Consulting’s behalf. These fraudulent “recruiters” pretend to solicit applications on FTI Consulting’s behalf, notify individuals that their qualifications were found to be suitable for employment and may request sensitive personal and financial information.
Email correspondence from perpetrators is often sent from free web-based email accounts such as aol.com, yahoo.com or gmail.com. Please be advised that all legitimate correspondence from FTI Consulting employees will come from “@fticonsulting.com” email accounts. There are no variations of these email addresses.
Also, please be advised that FTI Consulting never sends checks or asks for money transfers or payments from applicants to secure a job, either as an employee or as a contractor, at any point in the recruitment process.
We consider the unauthorized use of our company name or the names of FTI Consulting employees to be a crime and are working to investigate and resolve this issue. To report a suspected fraud, please contact email@example.com.
